Native American Emerging CDFI
Wigamig Owners Loan Fund, Inc is a certified Native American Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) located in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin. We are a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization looking to better our community by providing affordable lending to low-income households.
Through the use of generous donations we are a revolving loan fund that supports the renovations of distressed homes for people in need; we also provide down-payment assistance and debt consolidation loans.
In addition, we are a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) site providing a no-charge tax service to the Northwoods of Wisconsin. By offering our community this volunteer service, our residents finally have assistance with their income taxes. Something that has been missing and greatly welcomed in Northern Wisconsin!
